These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bodhi Counsel website at bodhicounes.pro and the legal services provided by our practice. Please read them carefully before instructing us or making use of this website. By proceeding, you indicate that you have read and understood these terms.
If you have any questions before instructing us, we encourage you to ask. We are pleased to explain any aspect of these terms in plain language.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or contacting Bodhi Counsel with a view to instructing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website or proceed with an instruction.
These terms apply to all visitors, enquirers, and clients of Bodhi Counsel regardless of how they came to access the website or initiate contact with our practice.
Description of Services
Bodhi Counsel provides pension legal services in Thailand, including but not limited to:
- Pension Eligibility Review — assessment of entitlement, review of records, and a written summary of findings
- Pension Adjustment Support — preparation and lodging of requests with the relevant fund or authority, correspondence handling, and follow-up
- Full Pension Dispute Representation — comprehensive representation through formal dispute or appeal, from initial filing to resolution
Services are described in general terms on this website. The specific scope of any engagement will be set out in a written instruction letter or engagement agreement provided to you before work commences.
Information published on this website is for general guidance only. It does not constitute legal advice and should not be relied upon as such. Legal advice is provided only through a formal engagement with Bodhi Counsel.
Engagement and Client Relationship
A client relationship with Bodhi Counsel is established only upon our written confirmation of an instruction and your acceptance of an engagement letter or service agreement. Submitting a contact form or making a telephone enquiry does not, of itself, establish an engagement or any obligation on either party.
We reserve the right to decline instructions at our discretion. Where we are unable to act, we will let you know as promptly as possible.
Our services are provided in English. Where translation of documents or correspondence is required, this will be agreed separately and may incur additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.
Fees and Payment
Fees for our services are set out in the engagement letter agreed with you before work begins. Our published service prices are indicative of typical scopes; the actual fee for your matter may differ depending on complexity, duration, or additional requirements identified during the course of the work.
Where we anticipate that a matter will exceed its initial scope, we will inform you and seek your agreement before additional work proceeds.
Fees are invoiced in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms will be specified in your engagement letter. Invoices not settled within the agreed period may result in work being paused until the account is brought up to date. We will communicate with you before taking such a step.
Disbursements (such as filing fees, official charges, or courier costs incurred on your behalf) will be itemised separately and are payable in addition to professional fees.
Client Obligations
To allow us to assist you effectively, we ask that you:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and documents as requested
- Inform us promptly of any changes in circumstances that may affect your matter
- Respond to our requests for instructions or information within a reasonable time
- Keep your contact details current and advise us of any extended periods of unavailability
We are not responsible for delays or adverse outcomes that arise from incomplete, inaccurate, or untimely information provided by the client. If we are unable to proceed due to non-cooperation, we may need to pause or close the matter, and any fees already incurred may remain due.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose information about your matter to any third party without your consent, except where we are required to do so by law, court order, or professional rules, or where disclosure is necessary to carry out your instructions (for example, submitting documents to a government fund on your behalf).
Our confidentiality obligations continue after the end of an engagement. Client files are retained and then securely disposed of in accordance with our data retention policy, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
Bodhi Counsel will carry out its services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot accept responsibility for outcomes determined by third parties, including government bodies, pension funds, or courts. Legal proceedings and administrative processes involve inherent uncertainty, and we do not represent that any particular outcome will be achieved.
Our liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in respect of the matter to which the claim relates, except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
We are not liable for loss or damage arising from: your failure to follow our advice; circumstances outside our control; decisions made by third-party authorities; or information you have provided that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, and branding — is the property of Bodhi Counsel or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You may read, download, and print pages from this website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before interacting with it.
Termination of Engagement
Either party may bring an engagement to a close with reasonable written notice. If you wish to end our instruction, please inform us in writing. We will complete any outstanding steps needed to protect your position, inform you of the current status of your matter, and provide you with your documents.
We may end an engagement in circumstances including: non-payment of agreed fees; a breakdown in the working relationship; our inability to continue acting due to a conflict of interest; or where continuing would require us to act against our professional obligations. In such cases, we will give you as much notice as reasonably practicable.
Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain due regardless of which party ends the engagement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the effective and revision dates shown at the top. For existing clients, any material changes to terms governing your active engagement will be communicated to you directly.
Continued use of this website following a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
